First of the three lookouts above Tonsai Village, reached by a steep concrete stairway from the eastern end of the village (about 15 to 20 minutes from the pier area). Landscaped garden with fruit sculptures and a small restaurant; views over the twin bays. Entry 50 THB cash (one ticket covers Viewpoint 1 and 2), open about 05:30 to 20:00; older guides still quote 30 THB.

Phi Phi Viewpoint 1 is on the viewpoint hill above Tonsai Village on Phi Phi Don, up the steps from the village.
