- Ferries run from Phuket (Rasada Pier) and Krabi (Klong Jilad Pier) to Tonsai Pier on Phi Phi Don.
- The resort is reached by boat from Tonsai Pier. Contact the resort at least 72 hours before travel to arrange it.
- Guests report a free boat pickup from Tonsai Pier of about 15 minutes, and free boats back to Tonsai at 08:10 and 10:00.
- Guests arriving at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon should stay on the mainland and take a morning ferry.
