The kitchen is led by Chef Mod, a Thai chef with more than 20 years of experience in Thailand, Europe and the Middle East and several cooking competition credits. Curry pastes are pounded by hand for each dish, with sun dried chillies, shallots, garlic and more than ten spices.
The recipes trace back about 70 years to a family curry paste kitchen in Bangkok. Beside the Thai menu there are fusion dishes, pasta, pizza, steaks, breakfast, desserts and ice cream.
